Vokral ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application Vokral (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

    Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your email address and username.
    User Content: Photos, videos, and text prompts you upload for AI processing, including image stylization, text-to-image generation, text-to-video generation, image-to-video generation, virtual try-on, and AI dance features.
    Payment Information: In-app purchase transactions are processed by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

    Device Information: Device model, operating system version, device identifiers, and app version.
    Usage Data: Features used, frequency of use, generation history, crash reports, and performance data.
    Log Data: IP address, access times, and app interaction data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

    Provide, operate, and improve the App's AI generation features.
    Process your content to generate AI images, videos, and stylized outputs based on your selections.
    Manage your account and in-app purchases.
    Analyze usage patterns to enhance app performance and user experience.
    Ensure platform security and prevent abuse or fraudulent activity.
    Comply with legal obligations.

3. Facial Data Processing (Important)

Our App uses AI to process photos and videos you upload for features such as AI dance, virtual try-on (Outfit Swap), and image stylization. This may involve temporary processing of facial features from uploaded media.

3.1 What Face Data We Collect

The App may collect and process the following types of facial data from photos and videos you voluntarily upload:

    Facial Landmarks: Keypoints and geometric coordinates that map the positions of facial features such as eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows, and jawline. These are numerical representations used for alignment and pose estimation.
    Facial Geometry and Structure: 3D mesh or shape parameters that describe the overall structure and proportions of the face for realistic AI rendering.
    Facial Expression and Pose Data: Information about head orientation, facial expressions, and pose angles used to generate natural-looking outputs.
    Pixel-Level Facial Regions: Cropped or masked portions of uploaded images/videos that contain facial content, used solely as input for AI model processing.

We do NOT collect, store, or process the following:
    Biometric templates or biometric identifiers for identity verification.
    Facial recognition data used to identify or authenticate individuals.
    Health, emotion, or mental state inferences derived from facial data.

3.2 How We Use Face Data

Facial data is used exclusively for the following purposes:

    AI Generation: To generate the specific AI outputs you request (e.g., AI dance videos, virtual outfit try-on, stylized portraits). Facial landmarks and geometry enable the AI model to accurately map and render effects onto your face.
    Pose and Alignment: To determine head pose, facial orientation, and expression so that generated outputs appear natural and correctly aligned.
    Quality Improvement: To improve the accuracy and quality of AI generation results. Aggregated, anonymized data about generation quality may be analyzed to improve our AI models.

Facial data is NEVER used for:
    Identity verification, facial recognition, or biometric identification.
    Tracking, profiling, or building user profiles.
    Any purpose other than the specific AI generation task you explicitly initiate.

3.3 Data Handling and Sharing

    No Biometric Database: We do NOT create, maintain, or share a database of facial features, biometric templates, or facial profiles.
    Third-Party Processing: Uploaded media containing facial data may be transmitted to third-party cloud-based AI processing providers for the purpose of running AI inference. These providers act solely as data processors on our behalf under strict data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using facial data for any purpose other than processing your generation request.
    No Third-Party Sharing: We do NOT sell, rent, lease, or otherwise share facial data with third parties for advertising, marketing, analytics, or any purpose unrelated to the AI generation services you request. Facial data is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or any entity outside the service provider chain necessary to operate the App.

3.4 Data Storage and Retention for Facial Data

    Processing Location: Facial data is processed on secure cloud servers operated by our authorized service providers. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using industry-standard encryption.
    Retention Period: Facial data extracted from your uploaded media is processed in real-time during AI inference and is NOT stored permanently. Any temporary facial data generated during processing is automatically deleted within 24 hours after the generation task is completed or fails.
    Uploaded Media: The original photos and videos you upload are retained only for the duration necessary to complete your generation request and are deleted from processing servers within 24 hours thereafter. You may delete your uploaded media and generation history at any time through the App.
    No Long-Term Storage: We do not retain facial data after the associated generation task is complete. There is no long-term storage of facial features, landmarks, or biometric-derived data.

3.5 Your Control Over Facial Data

    Consent: Facial data is processed only when you voluntarily upload photos or videos and explicitly initiate a generation task. You are not required to provide facial data to use the App — you may choose not to use features that involve facial processing.
    Deletion: You may delete your uploaded media, generation history, and account at any time from within the App or by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.
    Access and Portability: You may request a copy of the data associated with your account, including information about how your facial data has been processed, by contacting us at the email address provided below.

4. Data Storage and Security

    We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest to protect your data.
    Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel and service providers who are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality.
    Despite our efforts, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

5. Data Retention

    User-uploaded content (images, videos, text prompts) is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the generation request and is deleted from processing servers within 24 hours after task completion.
    Facial data extracted during AI processing is not stored permanently. Any temporary facial data generated during processing is automatically deleted within 24 hours after the generation task is completed or fails. See Section 3.4 for full details.
    Generation results may be stored temporarily to allow you to view and save your creations. You may delete them at any time from within the App.
    Account information is retained until you request deletion of your account. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.
    We regularly purge processed data in accordance with our data retention schedule.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information, including facial data. We may share your data in the following circumstances:

    Service Providers: With third-party cloud storage, AI processing, and analytics providers who help us operate the App. These providers are bound by data processing agreements and are contractually prohibited from using your data (including facial data) for any purpose other than providing the services we request. Facial data shared with service providers is limited to what is necessary for AI inference and is not used by providers for their own purposes.
    Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
    Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you of any change in ownership.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for:

    Cloud infrastructure and content delivery
    AI model hosting and inference
    Analytics and crash reporting
    Payment processing (Apple App Store)

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

    Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
    Withdraw consent or restrict processing.
    Request a copy of your data in a portable format (data portability).
    Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
